Help Clinic: 6:30pm - 7:15pm

We are going to break down into subgroups and discuss a specific area of real estate investing. Topics will include rehabbing/flipping, wholesaling, land lording and notes. We plan on having a seasoned investor to share their thoughts in each of these groups. Ask questions and share your experiences with the groups that peak your interest.

Main Meeting: 7:30pm - 9:00pm

Jim Noce, Associate Council for Continental Title, will review the Dodd-Frank law and the Integrated Disclosure Forms that are now a requirement as of this month. A lot of investors have real concerns how this will affect their investing approach going forward. Jim will also cover why title insurance is important and the entities available to hold title including Limited Liability Companies and others. There should also be some time left for open questions. Networking starts afterwards - from 9:00 om to 10:00 pm.
