Curtis Schrieber president of Mercantile Capital Inca private real estate lender located in St. Louis, MO will be sharing very valuable information on how he lends his own capital. He lends both the Acquisition and Fix-Up cost on Single Family, Condo, Multi-Family, Commercial, Farmland and Vacation Land/Lots.
