We have asked Jan Duke of Duke Homes, LLC, to return as our November speaker, and to bring her associates to help us understand what they do and how they do it so successfully.  You’ll hear from some of Jan's lead contractors, her project manager/business developer, and her youngest apprentice, her 16-year-old daughter. Learn how to keep your renovation projects moving forward.  They will share how they have assembled an excellent team and the systems they use which allow them to purchase properties at wholesale prices, renovate them to like-new houses, and sell them at prices above comparable sales.  Come join us on November 21 for what promises to be an informative and prosperous evening.  Get ready to jump start your business in the New Year!

Help Clinic: 6:30 pm

Come early, learn and have fun together with the Landlord Feud Game. We have gathered written answers on numerous questions posed to our group in the last number of months. Questions will be posed to Landlords, rehabbers and flippers during this session. See if you agree with the most common responses we received. You will be enlightened with answers to many questions and problems that we all have experienced in the real estate game.

First meeting is complimentary after that there will be a charge. All monthly meetings are free to members.
