To start the evening off we are offering a free hot buffet meal for the first 100 attendees. This is always a hit with our investors and it will prepare you for what is to follow. There is also free admission for this evening’s event.

Jeff travels the country sharing his knowledge to make all of us the best in running our business. He will discuss how you can make needed changes in your rental business and instantly increase your cash flow. He is always entertaining but you leave with real information. He has been to our association a number of times and always delivers. Jeff is also having a Landlord Convention here in St. Louis on May 26 to May 28 at the Renaissance St. Louis Airport.

For our members there will be special pricing on the Landlord Convention and a rebate for materials purchased at the Convention. More information will be provided at our Friday night meeting.
