Attorney Dawn T. Christofferen of DTC Advisors will discuss the various entities available to hold real estate in and the standard sales contract published by the St. Louis Board of Realtors. During our previous member surveys it was apparent in particular that holding property in a Limited Liability Company (LLC) is a topic that many of you want more information about. Additionally, it was discovered that most of our investors are utilizing the St. Louis Board of Realtors contracts to buy and sell property. Come listen and ask your questions.
