Networking Session: 6:30 PM to 7:15 PM

Eat pizza and drink refreshments while mingling with fellow investors. You will be divided up into groups where you will be given various questions to discuss. This is an opportunity to learn from others and in some cases teach others what you have already experienced in your investing career.

Main Meeting: 7:30 PM to 9:00 PM

Member Dave Randolph who provides us updates on his successful investing at each monthly meeting will discuss his very lucrative investing strategies. Dave works with home owners and the banks to buy on short sales mainly in the St. Charles area. He acquires the properties at significant discounts and has contractors rehab them. He ultimately sells the properties, sometimes with lease purchase contracts, making a handsome profit. He quit his job a number of years ago and now does investing full time. Dave’s son David Randolph IV manages the contractors performing the rehabs. He will also join Dave that evening to share his investing insight.
