This is your opportunity to ask the whole group what you need or want. If you want to buy, sell or trade, bring it on. If you need recommendations on contractors or specialized services, someone usually can give you contacts. If you have a situation that needs other investors’ opinions, this is forum to get a multitude of ideas and answers .Bring contact information on your contractors, title companies, attorneys, mortgage companies etc. to share with your fellow investors. Remember, we are all here to make our real estate lives as provitable and successful as possible.

Main Meeting:  7:30 to 9:00 PM (Networking to 10:00 PM)

Deal or No Deal will be the forum to review various potential property purchases. John Lee one of our seasoned investors, author and trainer will present various properties for all of us to analyze. John will show photos of the properties, specific issues associated with them and you along with your fellow investors will discuss the pros and cons of purchasing them. Flippers, Rehabbers, and Landlords will have different views and conclusions. We will also discuss what your “exit strategy” should be if you purchase a property.  Group discussions will be conducted and then a collective review with the whole group.
