Do you ever wonder what other members of our group invest in? Have you done your first deal? Are you a seasoned veteran? What about real investments in things besides just houses? 

We have put together a small panel of investors this month that have a variety of investment skills. You will not want to miss this month. 

We have DeWayne Stierswho specialized in rentals, rentals and rentals. Starting in the spirit of 1976, he continues to rent out properties today. He does 1-4 units as well as 1-3 bedroom homes. 

Dewayne stresses the importance of education being the key before you start out. He also knows how important it is in keeping up-to-date by attending STLREIA meeting and real estate classes. 

Knowing numbers, areas to invest, management techniques, banking policies, regulations and helping people are all high on his enjoyment list. And, oh yeah, he likes rentals.

We will also have a couple of newer investors. STLREIA members Heath and Cristen Luehmannwill be joining to share their investment experiences. They will share what they’ve learned about balancing risk, relationships, responsibility and some other words that start with “r”. As they say, “There’s No one-right-way to do real estate. They will offer us encouragement for our own journeys.

Next we have STLREIA member Brian Brownwho invests in land in California. Everything is going to renewable energy such as solar. California has just passed a law that all new construction must be powered by solar energy. 

They need land for this all this solar. Brian has been investing in this unique opportunity for several years. It is a very interesting niche that you will want to hear about.
