We welcome Dan Bryan -- a full-time real estate investor who acquired his real estate broker's license in 2003. Although he currently specializes in real estate investment opportunities and deal structuring, Dan will be highlighting his experience from his prior career as a successful electrical / mechanical contractor (he has held an electrical contractor’s license since 1984 and a plumbing contractor’s license since 1994).  This knowledge and experience has made him an expert in fixing and rehabbing houses!  Join us for this help clinic session as Dan advises us on what to look for in electrical systems when purchasing and rehabbing properties!
