Our own Grace Waitman will talk about her experiences with real estate investing…the good, the bad, and the ugly! She will share what not to do, as well as the joys and rewards that can be found in a variety of different investment approaches. Grace’s primary experience with investing is with traditional rentals, and from these adventures, she does have some terrible and terrific stories! More recently, she has started investing in lots, and this type of venture comes with its own set of lessons and intrigue! 

Our own Matt Reed (and also Grace’s husband) is second in command at Tomam LLC, a construction company, in business almost 20 years that provides sales and services in both commercial and residential real estate. Matt also has his share of adventures and stories from his nearly years 20 years of experience as a project and sales manager.  Matt will offer helpful tips on how to take care of your residential and commercial properties, as well as talk about the current state of affairs in his industry. Tomam LLC specializes in roofing, fencing, windows, and siding.  The management of Tomam has over 50 years of combined experience! 

Come hear the real-life stories of real estate investing and construction/property maintenance from Grace and Matt.  This dynamic-duo will share some valuable lessons from their own investing and professional real estate experience.
