Better Business Bureau’s Education and Outreach Coordinator, Matt Flinner, is happy to present to our STLREIA community “Identifying and Preventing Construction Scams.”
Matt is a St. Louis native and University of Missouri - Columbia alum who spends his time educating members of our community about BBB and its efforts to prevent frauds like identity theft from negatively impacting our region.
His presentation will include suggestions to help identify trustworthy contractors, common scams targeting consumers in the construction/remodeling industry, how businesses and consumers can take advantage of BBB services to identify and prevent fraud, and a wide range of other tips and advice designed to help you and your business stay safe. He will also be available to help answer any questions you may have about scams or fraud that have directly impacted you or a loved one.
