After a very uplifting, life-changing education, including sweat equity, buyers can purchase their homes with very affordable and attractive interest rates.

After 2020, a challenging year for many of us, the challenge has continued with limited volunteers, sky rocking material cost, and so many in need of affordable housing. HabitatSTL is facing these obstacles head on and plans to bring 11 families into homeownership by years end.
