RENOVATION TOUR with Jan Duke on March 28th, 2015
Join fellow investors for an inside look at properties in various stages of renovation and learn how Duke Homes is making a profit turning modest houses into luxury homes. You will see firsthand what goes into a renovation, ask questions and network with others in the real estate investment business.
The group will meet at 9:00 a.m. on Saturday, March 28, at First Church of Christ Scientist (Christian Science Church) at 10939 Ladue Road in Creve Coeur (northeast corner of Ladue and Graeser) and then proceed to view the properties, asking questions of the property owner, Jan Duke. We will stop midday and enjoy lunch at Bandanas Bar-B-Q restaurant at 10923 Olive Blvd, before proceeding to the final property.
Spaces are limited to the first 50 people who register. You will learn more in one day about the practical side of rehabbing than any book, CD or TV show can teach you.
