You asked for it. So, we’ve arranged for a special team of local investors to share their valuable insights and advantages that are only available to those in the trenches. If you want to know how local investors are doing it today, this is for you!

Our panel will be discussing their personal niches’ including what is working for them today. They’ll be sharing their best deals, their worst deals, what they’ve learned from these deals, and where they are headed now!

You’ll also be gaining Market-Specific knowledge on a personal level. You’ll come away with an in-depth understanding of the microeconomics of their specific market. Local investors know the neighborhoods, local regulations, and market trends that national investors may be unaware of.

Plan on arriving early. Bring a pad of paper and pen. You’ll want to take lots of notes. No slide presentation is planned. You can also bring a friend.
