To start the evening events off we are offering a free hot buffet meal for the first 100 attendees. This dinner is always a hit with our investors and it will prepare you for what is to follow.

LEASE OPTIONS - Our guest speaker is Jim Aydelotte from Durand, Michigan. Jim will train you on how to put LEASE OPTIONS to work for you. Jim's experience spans Sandwich Lease Options and Cooperative (a.k.a. Link) Options. He has also built an extensive rehab business using private money. Jim will teach you how to put $5,000 to $10,000 into your bank account in 30 days with little or no money and no credit. After 22 years in the corporate world Jim walked away and accepted the call to ministry. He now serves and a full time pastor and part time real estate investor. Jim teaches throughout the country and has spoke at various real estate investors associations. Jim teaches with internationally recognized speaker and author Wendy Patton.
