Rehabbing Tour – Saturday, February 8th, from 9am to 3:30pm
Join fellow investors for this all day extravaganza of analyzing houses at various stages of renovation. You will see firsthand what goes into the work, asking questions and conversing with others in the rehab business.
We will meet at 9:00 a.m. in the morning at First Church of Christ Scientist (Christian Science Church) at 10939 Ladue Rd. in Creve Coeur (northeast corner of Ladue and Graeser Roads).
We will begin by touring two properties and asking questions of the property owner, Jan Duke. We will stop midday to have lunch at Bandanas Bar-B-Q, and then proceed to the third property. All three properties are in the Creve Coeur and Olivette areas.
Agenda:
9:00 AM: Meet and Greet and Coffee
9:30 AM - 12:15 PM: Tour Two Houses (Locations provided at check in; parking at the properties will be limited so we will be caravanning with 4-6 investors in each vehicle)
12:30 PM - 2:00 PM: Lunch at Bandanas Bar-B-Q at 10923 Olive Blvd., Creve Coeur (NOT included in tour price)
2:15 PM - 3:15 PM: Tour Third House
3:30 PM: Return to church parking lot to retrieve cars
This is our first event of this kind and spaces are limited. You will learn more in one day about the practical side of rehabbing than any book, CD or TV show.
